I purchase this action camera awhile ago and I finally was able to use it on vacation and I have no idea why it doesn't work when I connects it to my PC Windows 10.  I plug it into my USB port and nothing happens, I even contacted support on this issue and they didn't have any idea.   Model: Explorer Pro Verson: 20160914RV2.0  According to the manual I just plug it into a USB port and the camera should show me an 2 options: "Memory" and "Camera".  I don't get this at all when I plug my camera into my USB port.  Any suggestions is greatly appreciated on this issue.
