Guys, the day has come!
The Elephone team has just released the Stable Build of Android 7 available by OTA. All the bugs mentioned in the beta version were solved, and you will be able to enjoy a fully functional ROM of the latest operating system!

I doubt that anyone who buys one of their products ever buys a second.

I'm on my sixth Elephone for me and family members.

This company will be out of business very soon.

I've been reading that since a few years. Do you know why it won't happen ? Because they always keep up with technology, for ex, as a new MTK SoC  is out, they release a model with it. In this particular example, it's a real step forward to use a phone with a 16 nm SoC (Helio X25) compared to a 28 nm one (Helio P10). They do have some quality control insufficiency, but it can be accepted for the device/price ratio. You may try brands with lower device/price ratio (Samsung, Apple) but they do have problems too. Remember battery explosions with Samsung, screen heating and cracking with Apple.

I'm not really sure why I'm bothering to reply to you. You're obviously incredibly ignorant, as you don't even know the difference between there and their, but I'll attempt to explain my displeasure to you, even though you have less brain power than an amoeba.
I'd like you to tell me in what way the P9000 is perfect? Does the fingerprint reader work well? Does NFC work? Does Android Pay work? Does the phone's GPS work well? These are features advertised by Elephone as standard on this phone, yet, if you took the time to look through this forum, you'd see hundreds and hundreds of complaints about every single feature I've mentioned, or are you saying that I'm the only one complaining?
I'm only still here because you seem to think that this is a good phone and no one should have any gripes about it. If anyone has any sense like me, I hope they can afford to buy a different brand phone as I have, and put this crap company out of business.

OTA in france have'nt this maj :/

this thread about android 7 was just an April Fool's Day joke. Read the whole thread , and you will notice that the author of this thread has admitted it was a joke.
There's no Android 7 OTA yet. There are only a few beta ROM's released so far.

@Momo03 we have seen the online advertisements with P9000 supplied with Android7. I have not heard of anybody that has actually ordered and received a P9000 with Android 7 yet.

@Momo03 Good to know you own devices that have been manufactured well. Unfortunately that's not everybodies experience with the company... I won't fully support  @BabyH manner of complaining, but he does have made some reasonable issues.

Well, I've got a wonderful M3 and my wife's got a perfect-functioning P9000.
Both handsets were extremely cheap for what's packed in them.
And we're bots perfectly happy with both Elephone and our phones.

I have no reason to stay away from Elephone at all. The only reason why I would not buy an Elephone RIGHT NOW is that the Vernee Apollo lite is ahead of all Elephones at the moment and even cheaper (got one for 146€ for a friend yesterday), and that has got a pure stock android 6 too.

Yep. Yep. Nope (Though they dont say it does) Yep and Yep

I dont agree with you - get over it

I'm well over it. The phone is being recycled tomorrow. The features that I mentioned do not work properly. Search this forum and you will see that the majority of posts about the P9000 are complaints, not praise. It had promise, which is why I bought it in the first place, but Elephone's incompetence and lack of customer service and support has made me see it just isn't worth hanging on hoping that they will ever get all the problems fixed. It's never going to happen.

This company will be out of business very soon. I doubt that anyone who buys one of their products ever buys a second.

very good sensible post, yet I don't feel convinced buying another Elephone after I've used my P9000.
I'm glad you have had good experience with 6 Elephone devices though! The P9000 is my first experience with the company, and although I was excited they packed the latest hardware technology, i'm sort of disappointed to experience what you called the 'quality control insufficiency'. If Elephone got that sorted, and put some staff on Customer Service, it could be a great company.

Funny btw how an April Fools' thread did cause so much discussion :-)

I'm done with this piece of shite phone. Just getting all my data off it. Then will encrypt it, fact ...

Cool - Does that mean yer gonna fuck off to Huawei web site and constantly whine about their promise of Android 7

I just wish Elephone would act like any large manufacturer and just block you
