Hello,

I have a big issue withe my Elephone M3.
My phone only works for about 19min.
The battery drops from 100% to 0% in that time(and battery has 4,1V).
I try to connect the phone with external suply instead the battery, and the behavior is the same, so it´s not a battery problem...
I saw the current consumption with Mtk Engineering app, and it says that phone is consuming about 5883ma!
it´s a stupid value, should be something about 500ma!

Can anybody helpme undarstand what is wrong?

this behavior begin after i flashed a rom.

My phone is a Elephone M3 Pro( version with 3gb ram).

I don´t know if the problem is the rom/firmware...but i try a several, and i had the same problem with all...

Please help me save my phone!

Reflash the rom again  take it back to stock before and after before turning it on.

It may well be a dodgy battery, might be a warranty return, enquire from your seller.  Don't expect a (quick) reply from Elephone.

it can´t be the battery, has to be something in the Rom/firmware.
I connect directly a power suplpy instead of battery...The phone is always "thinking" that is consuming about 5,8A!
I tryed several roms, and i have always the same problem...
I also tryed the Roms Android 5.1, and the phone dont turn on...
i don´t know how this works...but i think that is a problem with PMU driver, or bad configuration in the ADC chanels...

It must be a hardware problem as a change of rom would of sorted the problem. Best solution is to contact the company you bought it off
